Support Can Help With
Account and Access
Login issues, account access, profile settings, device permissions, Site Access questions, account deletion, and urgent account or privacy requests.
Billing and Subscriptions
Apple App Store subscription guidance, RevenueCat entitlement status, Restore Purchases, cancellation guidance, and plan access questions.
Project Data
Projects, rooms, tasks, reminders, calendar entries, contacts, documents, photos, milestones, budget entries, expenses, funds, and reports.
App Features
Scout AI questions, local Scout checks, weather or address lookup issues, local task alerts, QR scanning, product/resource references, bug reports, and unexpected app behaviour.
Billing, Refunds, and Restore Purchases
SiteTrack subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store billing via RevenueCat. SiteTrack does not use external checkout for digital subscriptions.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases may be available in the app where relevant to refresh entitlement access.
For Apple subscription refunds, use Apple's refund process. SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd can help with guidance, but Apple controls App Store refund decisions and billing reversals.
Support may ask for the SiteTrack account email, device platform, app version, and a short description of the issue. Support will not ask for Apple account passwords, bank login details, payment card numbers, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive project documents.
Privacy and Data Requests
For account deletion, data access, export, correction, or privacy questions, email support@sitetracktechnologies.com. Data exports may be provided in a reasonable electronic format depending on the type of information requested.
Deleting a SiteTrack account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription.
Support may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant SiteTrack account before changing, exporting, or deleting account data. Requests involving organisation-managed projects, collaborator data, Apple billing records, or third-party provider records may require extra steps or may need to be handled by the relevant organisation or provider.
Bug Reports
For bug reports, include your device model, operating system, app version if known, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, the affected project or feature, and any safe screenshots that do not expose private project or client information.
When sending screenshots or files, remove private client names, addresses, phone numbers, site access details, safety notes, payment information, confidential documents, or any other information that is not needed to diagnose the problem.
For Scout AI issues, include the type of question asked, whether it involved local app data or cloud AI, the relevant project or weather screen if safe to share, and whether the response looked incorrect, incomplete, or blocked by settings or plan access.
Important Limits
Support can help with SiteTrack app questions, but support is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, construction, safety, compliance, financial, insurance, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for project decisions, site safety, statutory duties, professional review, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Support responses may be based on the information provided by the user and the current app version. Support cannot inspect physical sites, validate user-entered data, approve budgets, verify contractors, confirm product suitability, make safety decisions, override Apple billing decisions, or give instructions that replace qualified professional judgment.
