SiteTrack is a mobile app for property projects, renovation work, construction coordination, contractors, project managers, owners, and small teams.
It helps users organise project information, site records, rooms, tasks, reminders, contacts, documents, photos, milestones, budget context, local reminder and task-deadline alerts, Site Access QR details, and project progress in one place.
SiteTrack is operated by SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/361971/07.
What SiteTrack Covers
The app is built around practical site coordination and record keeping, not promises about project outcomes.
Tasks, Reminders, and Calendar
Track due dates, priorities, room-linked work, reminders, local reminder and task-deadline alerts, milestones, and project follow-up across the workspace.
Budget and Progress Context
Record expenses, funds, transactions, estimates, budget categories, room costs, and progress indicators for coordination and review. SiteTrack is not accounting, tax, procurement, valuation, or financial advice.
Project Sharing
Invite people to a project and keep access tied to the role and plan limits that apply to the workspace. Free View can accept and view one invited project.
Scout AI
Ask Scout AI for app and project assistance where enabled. Scout can use local app context for loaded SiteTrack information, and full cloud AI uses a server-side Supabase Edge Function with OpenAI where plan access and settings allow it.
Scout may prepare daily local app checks from high-importance project signals without automatically sending that daily check to OpenAI. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs.
Site Access and Device Controls
Use QR-based Site Access details, profile and availability information, permission settings, optional device authentication, profile security controls, finance-amount masking, help content, and support channels where available.
Founding Access
When the limited launch programme is open, up to the first 100 eligible accounts may claim complimentary Standard access for 3 calendar months while places remain. SiteTrack offers this access so more people can use the app on real projects and optionally help identify what should be improved. Current eligibility and availability are confirmed in the app when a claim is made.
No Card and No Automatic Charge
Founding Access is a complimentary launch programme, not a paid subscription. Claiming it does not require payment details, start an App Store purchase, or enrol the account in automatic billing. When it ends, a paid subscription is optional and starts only after a separate App Store purchase confirmation.
Your Records Stay Stored
When Founding Access ends, projects created during the programme remain stored but are hidden until eligible access returns. Free View remains available for read-only access to one project accepted through an email-bound invitation code.
A Limited Number of Places
Places are allocated when an eligible account successfully claims access in the app. Creating an account does not reserve a place, and the offer closes when all 100 places have been claimed or SiteTrack otherwise ends the programme.
Feedback Is Welcome
Participants can choose Bug, Idea, Confusing, or Other in the app to open an organised email draft. Nothing is sent without the participant's action. Feedback is optional, and users should not include private project, client, site-access, payment, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Plans and Billing
SiteTrack includes a permanent Free View tier and may offer limited complimentary Founding Access. Essential, Standard, and Pro are optional paid plans, with monthly and annual subscriptions handled through Apple App Store billing via RevenueCat.
Free View
A permanent free tier with read-only access to one project accepted through an email-bound invitation code while that project membership remains active. Free View cannot create or edit project records.
Essential
Up to 3 total projects, 10 rooms per project, one invited viewer, calendar and expenses, core project records, and local Scout help for loaded app information. Workspace record caps are 150 tasks, 75 reminders, 100 contacts, and 500 documents.
Standard
Up to 10 total projects, 25 rooms per project, two invited viewers, the project health dashboard, and full Scout AI integration, including server-side cloud AI where available. Workspace record caps are 1,000 tasks, 500 reminders, 500 contacts, and 2,500 documents.
Pro
Up to 25 total projects, 75 rooms per project, and 8 people including the owner, with advanced roles for eligible paid members, activity history, a multi-project dashboard, and full Scout AI access where available. Workspace record caps are 5,000 tasks, 2,500 reminders, 2,000 contacts, and 10,000 documents.

SiteTrack helps organise project information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, construction, safety, compliance, financial, insurance, or professional advice.
User Responsibility
Users remain responsible for project decisions, site checks, safety practices, budgets, contractor choices, statutory duties, professional review, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
SiteTrack is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It does not inspect sites, certify work, verify contractors, confirm weather safety, approve budgets, provide legal opinions, provide engineering review, or replace professional judgment.
