Using SiteTrack
SiteTrack helps users organise project information, site records, tasks, reminders, contacts, documents, photos, weather context, Scout AI assistance, and progress information.
You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite or contact, and the project decisions you make. You must use SiteTrack lawfully and only in a way that respects other users, service providers, and applicable rules.
No Professional Advice
SiteTrack is not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, construction, compliance, safety, or professional advice. SiteTrack does not replace qualified review, professional judgment, site checks, contract review, legal advice, engineering review, safety planning, or compliance obligations.
Users remain responsible for project decisions, site safety, statutory duties, professional review, and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Scout AI and Weather Context
Scout AI is assistance only and may be incomplete or incorrect. It should not be treated as professional advice or as the only source for a project decision.
Weather information is contextual. It should not be relied on as the only safety, site access, or planning source. Users should confirm important conditions through appropriate local sources and professional judgment.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use SiteTrack for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Do not upload harmful content, malware, unlawful material, or content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, data, projects, or systems.
- Do not bypass security, overload the service, scrape the service, or interfere with app operations.
- Do not misuse Scout AI, support channels, or third-party service providers connected to SiteTrack.
Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or removed if SiteTrack Technologies reasonably believes the app has been misused or that continued access may create risk for users, the service, or third parties.
Subscriptions
SiteTrack may offer paid plans including Essential, Standard, and Pro. Subscriptions may be monthly or annual and are handled through Apple App Store billing via RevenueCat. SiteTrack does not use external checkout for digital subscriptions.
You can manage or cancel Apple App Store subscriptions through your Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases may be available in the app where relevant to refresh entitlement access.
Account Deletion
Account deletion can be requested or initiated through the app where available, or by contacting support@sitetracktechnologies.com. Deleting a SiteTrack account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription.
Availability and Changes
SiteTrack Technologies may update, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Features may depend on device support, network access, account status, subscription status, app version, and third-party services.
Limitations
SiteTrack is provided for project and site coordination support. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, SiteTrack Technologies is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost data, project delay, professional decisions, site incidents, safety outcomes, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
