Paid Plans

SiteTrack offers paid plans for project and site coordination:

  • Essential: core access for organising project and site information.
  • Standard: the recommended paid plan for broader project, record, and coordination workflows.
  • Pro: expanded access for users who need more advanced project and site coordination support.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. Billing is handled through Apple App Store subscriptions, and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through Apple before the end of the current billing period.

Apple handles payment method, billing, tax, receipt, cancellation, and refund processes for App Store subscriptions.

Manage, Cancel, and Restore

You can manage or cancel SiteTrack subscriptions in Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases can be used in the app where relevant to refresh entitlement access after a purchase, reinstall, or device change.

Access After Expiry

If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or cannot be verified, paid features may become unavailable and the account may return to limited/setup access. Project data may remain associated with the account subject to the Privacy Policy and Data Processing page.

Limited Setup Access

Free/setup access, where available, is limited in-app access only and is not an App Store subscription product.

No External Checkout

SiteTrack does not use external checkout for digital subscriptions. Digital subscription purchases in the iOS app are completed through Apple App Store billing.
