How Refund Requests Work
Users should request App Store refunds through Apple's refund process for the Apple account used to purchase the subscription. Apple decides refund eligibility under Apple's own rules and processes.
SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd can help users understand where to manage billing, cancellation, and Restore Purchases, but cannot directly reverse Apple billing from inside the app.
Apple may require users to sign in with the Apple account used for the purchase, choose the app or subscription, give a reason for the request, and wait for Apple to review the request. SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd cannot see or control every Apple account, payment method, family-sharing, tax, regional, fraud-review, or refund-status detail.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
SiteTrack subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store billing via RevenueCat. SiteTrack does not use external checkout for digital subscriptions.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription settings. Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Deleting a SiteTrack account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Users who want billing to stop must cancel through Apple subscription settings.
Users should cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple if they do not want the subscription to renew. Uninstalling the app, not using the app, losing access to a device, changing a SiteTrack account, or deleting SiteTrack data does not by itself stop Apple billing.
Restore Purchases
If a user paid through Apple but SiteTrack does not show the expected access, they should use Restore Purchases in the app where relevant. If access still does not appear, contact support@sitetracktechnologies.com with the SiteTrack account email, device platform, and a short description of the issue.
Do not send card numbers, passwords, Apple account passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information to support.
No Direct Refund Promise
SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd does not promise direct refunds for Apple App Store subscriptions because Apple controls App Store billing and refund processing. Any support response from SiteTrack Technologies (Pty) Ltd is guidance only and does not replace Apple's refund decision.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in a user's country or region. Where mandatory law gives a user a right that cannot be excluded, that right remains available through the process required by the relevant law or platform.
